Got me an old school accessory on order

I just ordered one of these, haven't used one in a few years. I am looking forward to using mine next arm day!

The guy that got me into lifting about 4 years ago had his from high school (circa early 80's), it was a brass colored metal one, and it did not fit around my fat torso, but I managed to squeeze into it and use it. It was killer on straight and ez bar curls.

I remember the Weider ad with Arnold using one. They had them around the gym in the day, but I never used one. Let me know how you like it.

I will. I know when my chiro had me use his, we did cheat curls with it on, but it minimized the cheating a lot! lol Limited you to swaying your body, because you could not rock your arms back and then forward to get the bar started.

I am going to use it with normal weight just to see if it helps me with very strict form at first.

I have used it before on several occasions. It's ok I guess. I never really liked the way it felt though. I still have mine collecting dust and rust somewhere!
