I wouldn't be surprised that he doesn't write the actual programs he sends out to clients. The sad reality is that most trainers send out 'copy and paste' cookie cutter programs.

Writing individualized programs for clients takes a lot of time and effort. There is no way you can do that if you have 100+ clients.

dude made 1M a year profit selling cookie cutter programs to people and paying someone else to coach the clients. he looks good but he photo shopped his shit to look crazy good, build a social media following and then swindled them. it just goes to show you how marketing works
