I always seem to shift between the two.. I'm not sure what gives better results though..
Sometimes, i'm resting less. and with less weights focusing on the squeeze and contraction of the muscle.. and sometimes i'm in the gym ego lifting heavy ass weights..
what do you guys think is the best approach!?
