I like the story of him going from alcoholic and out of shape to ripped and muscular. these types of transformations need to happen more often for a better society

I honestly have never heard of the guy before until now but I give him total props. Recovering from alcohol addiction is no easy task.

I have never heard of this guy either but it really shows how much control we actually have over our health and how we look. Amazing story of someone hitting rock bottom but making the necessary changes to regain his life.
