My grandma died of skin cancer so this article hit close to home.

Just as too little sun exposure isn't good - too much isn't good either. Everything in moderation.

very dangerous and will lead to cancer at a later age. be careful out there this summer, follow the articles tips

I am not a pale guy but I do get sunburned very easily. I have to be super careful right around the start of May when it starts to warm up here. It is so easy to burn when it doesn't feel hot but the sun is out.
