One of the reasons we have so many thyroid issues in North America is because sea vegetables are pretty much non-existent in our diet.

Sea vegetables are pretty much the only good natural source of iodine, which is essential for normal thyroid output.

I really like that the T3-PCT has a full dosage of iodine in each dosage.

I have used this product before and highly recommend it. Especially for guys that have used T3 for fat loss. While I do not recommend T3, there are still plenty of guys using it. If you are going to use it then make sure you PCT properly. I would not want to imagine having a fucked up thyroid for life.
