good article, we need more of these types of guys in the fitness media industry. guys who actually are smart AND walk the walk.

This guy is one of the only guys I actually follow on YouTube. I have learned a ton from him on different fasting protocols and his videos are very entertaining. It is really a great story too how he was fat and is now extremely shredded. It shows that over time we can all accomplish our goals if we stick to it. Our bodies are the one thing we have absolute control over.
