Hey Doc,

I was just curious if you have any suggestions on steps to follow to get the most accurate readings on your blood work...Things like stop training 2-3 days prior, discontinuing all or certain vitamins/supplements, ect.

Thanks so much.

In my opinion, I'd like to see your values on whatever supplements or trainin that you are doing. For instance, if your cortisol is high when training, I'd like to know that so that it can be addressed.

The timing effect is important if you want to check testosterone levels. You should get your blood drawn the morning of your next injection, before taking that week's dose. That way you'll see your trough level and your doc will better be able to see if a change of dose is needed.
