I wrote the article.

The main thing I wanted people to take home from the article is that acute inflammation is not a bad thing at all. That's how your body deals with stress.

Chronic and long term inflammation is the problem because it can lead to tissue/joint damage and serious diseases.

Interesting. I did not know there were foods that can actually reduce inflammation. I just thought certain foods did not contribute to more inflammation.
