I honestly had never heard of the guy before now.

I like his physique but I disagree with his IIFYM diet approach. You can't convince me that 500 calories worth of pop tarts is going to cause the same effect to a physique as 500 calories worth of sweet potatoes.

the IIFYM thing works on very few people.. some have such great genetics they can out run a poor diet .. i also think guys like this push that to get naive fat young guys to buy their crap
