@220 right now, I don't know though maybe down the road I might compete at 198, but I don't want to go any heavier than 220 for a while

My goal is to become the strongest I can possibly be, whatever that may be.

As for long term goals, I strive to deadlift and squat in the 7's raw at my new lower bodyweight.

I've got some other long term goals that I forgot to add, squat over 1000 and to win WPC worlds

Total over 2000 in a raw meet, I should think I'll be in the 275 class rather easily, that being said I am 15 at the moment so we shall see and I've only been lifting for 2 and a half months

Short term is more getting overall strength, flexibility, and cardio.

By 25- Hit 400 bench, 600 deadlift and a 550 squat.

By 30- Be in good enough shape and strong enough to compete in a regional bodybuilding show and powerlifting meet. Not exactly win, I know genetics aren't on my side and a lot of guys have MUCH more experience and all, but I want to be able to really belong there and be able to give some top guys (in those comps) a real run.

I want to be able to bench 500, squat 700, and deadlift 800 at this point. Its a LONG way away, but I'm trudging along.
