Was a great show an I wanna THANK BIG DAVE P @ JOHN for having back on the show....BSA is back an officially started Daves diet 2day 5 weeks from the NORTH AMERICANS...With Dave in my corner,One thing that is 100% true is that I will show up in shape...Dave doesnt care about the scale...He will suck you down an get every bit of fat offf my body before he even thinks about filling me back out...Im lookn to be anywhere from 275-280 on stage at NAS...Thats about 10lbs lighter but much sharper...Im happy to be back with Dave an I look 4ward to the finish package..Thnx for the support guys...Heres a pic of me the day after USAS where I looked much better then Friday nite PRE-JUDGING..

The Show was cool, I always like the first 30 or so min when the guys talk it was funny as hell about the $9water WTF, you can buy a 36 bottle case for cheaper. I told you guys... you need a Diego around to take care of these type of things plus I would of taken care of having a car and meals ready once we landed. When I flew to the Arnold they said the same thing to me and surprise I go to the Parking lot and there's about 10 cars there but they havent cleaned them (who cares) so I got my ride. plus i had enough food for the whole 4 days packed.
