I'm 100% sure that this is what I have, albeit not full blown, it is not pressing on any nerves, there is no numbness in my legs, I can wiggle my feet, raise my legs whilst lying down etc.
I have heard about inversion therapy, is it any good for this? Would a trip to a physio be worthwhile?
