About three weeks ago when I was doing deadlifts I felt a small pain in my groin area, not a severe pain but enough to make me stop deadlifting for the day. Felt like I had strained somthing but could deadlift again the next week, I can now feel a very small lump on the left side in my groin area. Pain is now not an issue and the lump is only detectable by touch (i.e its not a visible lump). Is this an inguinal hernia or could it possibly be a swollen gland as a few years back I had to take antibiotics for swollen glands near the groin. Cheers...
