Im curious. Heard some good things. I even heard that some people mix it in their water jug. Whats the point of this product? whats its purpose? thanx guys...:D

but really though it is supposed to act much in the way of arginine to create swelling in the working muscle

I like it. Been using it a couple weeks. Hyperhydration of the muscles is one of the keys to making the environment in which to grow as anabolic as possible. Water and nutrient rich blood where it needs to be.
