I have been working out for about 2 1/2 years. I have been cutting this summer and I am looking to bulk soon. After my cut, I will be taking a week off of working out to repair and recover. My question is....what should my diet look like during that week if I am heading into a bulk? Should it just be maintenance or should I start shoveling down food????
Any feedback would be appreciated!:popcorn:

Maintenance cals. If you cut, take a week off, and shovel in the food you'll be a fat ass at the end of the week and ready for another cutting diet.

just slowly add calories into the diet you have designed for cutting so that your body has time to adapt to it.
