As the title implies, what's your FAVOURITE exercise to do?

Personally I love pullovers (with a DB or ez-bar) but I almost never see anybody else doing them at the gym. Bent or straight arm, both great exercises with slightly different purposes.

I love doing seated overhead dumbell extensions. No other tricep exercise compares to it for me. Skull crushers are good to for results but I would rather do overhead extensions.

Military press. Although I've learned to love training just about every bodypart, shoulders are where I started, first exercise and still a favourite.

I tried Machine Pullovers yesterday and my triceps and abs are so damn sore. I got a little back soreness but my abs are fried. Now, is this suppose to happen?

I have a favorite exercise for every workout. Chest/Bi day I like supersetting incline chest press(DB or BB doesn't matter) with HS Preacher Curl. Back/Tri day I like wide lat pulldowns and skull crushers. Traps/Shoulder day I like Smith shoulder press. And leg day I do snatch grip deads...hits alot of muscle all over:D

No. Try and keep your shoulders high and drive with the elbows back. Dont grip with your hands and feel the scaps rotate.

Neutral grip Pulldowns, or weighted dips @ one point in time I could hang 135lbs from my waist and hit 10 reps at a body weight of 335!! Dips have always been REALLY easy for me, but I never felt them anywhere besides my armpits???
