Eggtastic

Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
4 boiled eggs, sliced
12-inch premade whole-wheat pizza crust
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
Olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly cover a circular baking sheet with cooking spray. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust & top with cheese, eggs, broccoli & onion. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted & bottom of dough is crisp. Serves Four.

Ingredients:
1 cup Edam cheese, shredded
6 oz. chicken breast, cooked & cubed
1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1 cup pizza sauce
12-inch premade whole-wheat pizza crust
Olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly cover a circular baking sheet with cooking spray. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust & top with chicken, peppers, tomato & cheese. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until bottom of dough is crisp. Serves Four.

1 cup precooked shrimp
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup pizza sauce

Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust & top with cheese, mushrooms, shrimp & green pepper. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until bottom of dough is crisp. mmm im going to have to give those a shot,

i jsut made some banginnn bbq chicken pizza's yesterday with whole wheat doe, fat free chedder cheese, grilled chicken, bbq sause onions and red peppers.
