Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
4 boiled eggs, sliced
12-inch premade whole-wheat pizza crust
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
Olive oil cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly cover a circular baking sheet with cooking spray. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust & top with cheese, eggs, broccoli & onion. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted & bottom of dough is crisp. Serves Four.
