how much anavar?

i got for my wife 100 tabs 10mg anavar- oxanabolic...now we dont know how much she need to take..5mg or 10mg..tabs are 10mg...
she never take any aas,but she train over 5 years now...on pic is alsomy hgh-somatropin i take

If possible split the 10 mg tabs in 1/2 (w/ a pill splitter) and take 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 at night. The purpose being to split the dose out over a 24 hr period since the half-life is about 9 hrs - helps reduce spike responses to that half-life. She can run it at 10 mg /day for 10-12 weeks. Make sure her diet is in order and prefer that she is leaner than heavier to see better results. (Depending on what your goal is, since you didn't state that).

Recommend to include some acidophilus w/ the daily supplements to help reduce the chance for her to develop vaginosis / yeast infections (which is not uncommon w/ use of any AAS).

thanks Sassy69,you are the best...we can get more tabs if she need..but i think 100is ok..12 weeks is under 100 tabs so its 1 tab a day....we can get also winstrol...

Just run the var for now. You didn't really state what was the goal of running a cycle and what are her current stats, diet, etc. Generally you don't want to stack things that you haven't run on their own (so you know what the sides / results are of each individual, and "more" is not better).

Yes you can couple that easily w/ 1 iu gh / day.
