xanthan gum

does anyone use this for shakes? I been using it in shakes using a blended vanilla whey and ice cubes and diet root beer....it makes it really thick like ice cream and tast great.
I was wondering if anyone else has any recipes using the xanthan gum mabye a protein pudding or something

I havent used it yet but it should be here tomorrow in the mail so ill let you know. I know frosty has used it before to thicken up shakes. Im looking forward to it though. I love drinking thick monster shakes. Every night before bed I drink a nice big 44 ounce protein shake.
