I don't know how many people would like this stuff seeing how it has the bones and skin in it, it tastes good not to mention the convenience of not having to cook day after day several times a day and when your on the go. This stuff is actually cheap and you can make two 6oz. meals out of it.

Have it all the time, I just pick the bones out as best I can. I know it is full of calcium etc but I just dont like the idea. I carry the small cans on road trips, instant meal. Smells like cat food as well.

I really like them because there not farm raised You cant beat the price of the salmon in a can unless you lived in alaska and fished for them yourself, it takes some time to get used to eating the bone they are really soft bones anyways, Put some stevie, sea salt, mac nut oil on it and some mustard and wing sauce mixed together and it tastes great...a zero carb meal right there
