He didn't lock it all the way out. But damn, still strong as hell to get it THAT far!

He didn't lock it all the way out. But damn, still strong as hell to get it THAT far!

hips never came foward, shoulders never had any reward rotation. storng, just needs to refine his lockouts with somr 1k+ lockouts. and johnny is not a deadlifter. clearly a better bencher based on bone structure.

ok heres a vid of johnnie benching. i know hes two weeks out but he doesnt look to strtong on this lift. 405 looked like a real challenge. again i know hes two weeks out but i've seen plenty of pros handle this with ease. weeks out from a show. like kevin levrone and such. so well see what he can bench on game day haha

YEah it looked like he struggled for sure. I did not see that movie but was that the first exercise he did...just saying because if he was already taxed from doing other exercises i can see the reason for struggling.
