Ingredients:
3 cups coffee
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
5g creatine
2g beta alanine
1/2 cup wheat germ

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a shaker cup & shake well. Drink before workout.

Sounds NASTY....I will try it in the morning but all I have is Strawberry Whey....LOL

try it with choc protein powder it comes out like a cold mocha

oh hell, now that sounds good.....I just gotta use up this damn strawberry crap. I'm not sure what I was thinking getting strawberry.
