This is a Muscle Building/Weight Gain

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey or extra-lean ground beef
2 egg whites
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 100% whole-wheat hamburger buns (Oroweat buns or any kind you like)

Directions:
Mix ground meat, egg whites & barbecue sauce together & form into two patties. Spray the cold rack of an unheated broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray & place patties on the rack. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes, then turn the patties over & broil 5-7 minutes longer or until patties are no longer pink inside. Serve burgers on buns, unless you're on a low-carb diet. In this case, eat them alone or wrapped in lettuce.

Side Dish: If you're trying to gain mass, have a baked potato; if you're trying to lean out, go with veggies.
