No matter if you love him or hate him, this book is hysterical! And he actually gives some pretty good advice. I highly recommend this book. I've even had my girlfriend start reading it...and she can't stop laughing!

I have read Liddell and Couture . . . saw Griffin's book the other day in the store. I will have to pick that up. Forrest is a credit to MMA.

I have Liddell's and Ive already read it ten times. About to get Tito's and Randy's but I'll probably splurge for Forrest's book instead.
