I have seen threads similar to this on other MMA forums and thought it could be fun.

The idea is that Person A bets Person B that Joe Smith will beat John Doe at UFC 200.

The loser will use whatever avatar and signature the winner request, for the period of time agreed upon.

Im going to throw it on the market for the last push of the tax credit deal. I marked it up some to see what happens. If I get what I want for it, then it puts about $30k in my pocket after I pay the lawyer and inspection fees. I have a bead on another one thats a bit smaller, and I can pay cash for it and have it ready in a month or so for renting. If the house doesnt sell, then i'll keep it. Im making $340 a month(profit) off of it right now. So its not like I have to sell it. I have 2 other properties and then my actual house. Its a lot ot keep track of really. Fuck, i may sell it and bank the money. I dont know yet. Arrg!
