Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
4 4-oz. slices lean sirloin steak
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 onion slices, 1/4-inch thick
1 tsp. low-sodium beef-flavored bouillon granules
1 cup hot water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Mix flour with lemon pepper seasoning in a small dish, then sprinkle on steak. Set aside. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray & place over medium heat. Add steak & cook until browned, turning once. Top each piece of steak with mushrooms & one onion slice. In a small bowl, combine bouillon & hot water, stirring well. Add broth to skillet & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove steak to a serving platter; cover to keep warm. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch & water, then stir into broth in skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened & bubbly. Return steak to skillet & simmer in gravy for a short time or until ready to serve. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
