Whats up guys im in desparate need of help with my diet. Im trying to cut the fat hardcore and i cant seem to find a diet that works. this is where im at:

(currently 200lbs)

Meal 1:8AM: 5 egg whites, 2 fat free turkey dogs, 2 slices light 7 grain bread, gnc multi vitamin pack
Meal 2:10:30: protien shake
Meal 3: 11am: cube steak , 2 cups brocoli, half of baked sweet potato, green tea extract, chromium, flax oil
Meal 4: 1 can chiken or can tuna
Pr3-workout: 1 cup coffe, 2 scoops protein, glutamine
During workout : SizeOn
Post workout: 1 scoop protein, glutamine
meal 5: lean beef, steak, chicken, or fish, and veggies

your diet seems to be a mix of keto and the regular fat loss diet.

If you plan for a keto kind of diet you need to add some fish oil caps or nuts to your post workout and pre workout meals buddy.
