who cares what your friend says. if you start getting to fat then cut back a bit if you are looking to stay lean but you gotta eat to put on muscle

Can't really tell you....it's not finished. No meal 6 or 7. Heck, how do we know you aren't eating a pizza? ;)

IMO the best way to transition to gaining is to start with your cutting diet and gradually increase calories 250 per day at a time for a week or two until you're starting to add mass at the realistic desired rate without accumulating too much body fat. This gives a chance for your metabolism to gradually increase since going from low calories to higher calories gives your body excess calories when it's in starvation mode and primed for fat gain.

It's very easy to gain a lot of the fat back that you lost at a scary rate if you go from strict cutting right into much higher calories especially if you went from keto to a carb diet, and even more so if you lost a lot of fat to begin with.

yeah i had the same experiece when i finished my cut in june.

the hunger issues will become less noticeable as you gain a little bodyfat (its inevitable no matter how hard u try - if u eat more cals than u burn u will gain some fat the leaner u are the more fat u will gain) but should be able to maintain a comfortable 8% - 10% without severe hunger.

follow frostys advice, add cals slowly and see what happes.
