We'd like to see a crazy leg day workout with Suzanne Germano. She's in Illinois....not far from videographer George Pradel of Pradel Productions....hint hint....

I'm pretty sure George would do the video. He mentioned to me that if Dave ever needed video work done from the midwest he's game.

too bad we don't live closer Suzanne, Dave said he wanted to try to get me in the Iron Assylum because of the amounts of weight I move too for legs-we would really be MOVING some weights together : )

Ok, I'm in if Suzanne is up for it, I could use a deversion for a day in this dreary winter. Let me know if you've got a place that will let us shoot and we can talk to Dave about doing a "remote" from sunny Illinois!

Suzanne! I cant wait to see you get it done on camera again for Crazy Leg day! I had the pleasure of being able to experience one of Suzannes leg workout. It hurt and i pushed myself beyond what I thought I was able to do. Call me crazy but I cant wait to another one again! love it!

Gail texted me about doing legs with you guys this Sunday. I told her I am so down, it just depends on if this weekend coming up if I am working. Its my companys busy season and we have to work weekends all threw Jan cause of taxes. If I dont have to work I am in
