Staying on GH year round?

Do any of you ladies stay on GH year round, and if so - have you noticed any changes you would deem negative? Bigger hands, feet, belly, etc?

What do you feel would be a 'safe' year round dose to take? I know it keeps you leaner in the off season. I took it for a little over a year back in 2006/2007 and I had abs even when I was at a higher BF. After I stopped taking it, I put on weight around my middle...

Yeah - I forgot to mention the cost. lol That would be the reason I'm not taking it right now.

i would take it in smaller doses year round.money willing

Sally I did last year and this year, but I think it kept my bodyfat relatively lower then if I wasent taking it and I think off season 1 i.u. is sufficient although I swear my feet grew a half size-call me nutz but I used to always wear a 7 now I'm a 7 1/2 thankfully that's all the negative I can report I now have CLOWN FEET-LMAO

my feet are up a 1/2 size , so are my ring sizes. and i only use it for prep.
