This is a sample diet Tami followed. Very simple and straight forward.

MEAL #1
4 EGG WHITES
1 WHOLE EGG
1/2 CUP OATMEAL

MEAL #2
4 OZ. SALMON
3 OZ. YAM OR SWEET POTATO
1 CUP BROCOLLI

MEAL #3
4 OZ. TOP SIRLOIN
1 CUP BROCOLLI
1 TABLESPOON ADAMS 100% NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

MEAL #4
4 OZ. WHITE ALBACORE IN MINERAL SPRING WATER
1/2 GRANNY SMITH APPLE
2 CUPS ROMMAINE LETTUCE W/1 TABLESPOON NON-FAT ITALIAN DRESSING OR VINAGRETTE
1 TABLESPOON OF ADAMS 100% NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

MEAL #5
4 OZ. TOP SIRLOIN
1 CUP GREEN BEANS

MEAL #6
5 OZ. SALMON
2 CUPS GREEN BEANS

Another plan Tami made:

M1: 1½ scoop TP whey
¼ cup oatmeal
***2 Venom, 2 Special Tactics, 1 Pro Anabol


M2: 4 egg whites
1 whole egg
***1 Multi, 1 B-Complex, 1 Primrose Oil


M3: 4 oz chicken
Small potato
1 tbsp evoo
2 tsp Promise

M4: 1 scoop TP
3 scoops Regeneration-X


M5: 2 cups romaine
4 oz chicken
2 tbsp LDR dressing
1 tbsp evoo
***1 Primrose Oil, 1 Pro Anabol


M6: 1 scoop TP
