halibut, mahi mahi, snapper
I hate cod and tilapia. Cod has too many bones, tilapia tastes like metal.

Figurebre doesn't know what she's talking about. Tilapia is delicious.

X2 On tilapia being delicious! Cook it up on teh George Foreman or simply throw it in the oven on a baking sheet with some seasonings and its good shit. It's the cheapest that I know of besides canned tuna that can be subed in for Orange Roughy.

go with talapia, or mahi mahi. Tuna is the best out there though.
There are tons of fly fisherman I work with and they get me a variety of trout, perch, and walleye. I'm not sure what the nutritional content is but that's an alternative route if you know anyone. I never even considered it until they just started asking if I want any fish (hells ya I'll take your free fish) they also like to hand out antelope (its not too bad).

Salmon and Tilapia are the 2 most popular fish. Salmon has a lot of Omega oils, which is good.

Too high in mercury, very little Omega-3s, and shrinks too much when its cooked.
Go with Flounder, Wild Tilapia, Ocean Perch, and Wild Salmon.
