Now, I’d first like to say that I don’t believe this for one second…But.. Ronnie is an absolutel genetic freak and its possible… I saw a video of him once eating 8 packets of cheese-flavored microwave grits 6 weeks out from the Mr. O a few years ago so who knows!?!?! So, take it for what it’s worth, but apparently this was one of King Ron’s Pre-Contest diets:

Meal 1:
Protein Shake (100 g protein + 20 g carbs)

Meal 2:
12oz Chicken Breast
10oz Baked Potato

Meal 3:
12oz Chicken Breast
10oz Baked Potato

Meal 4:
12oz Turkey Breast
1 Cup White Rice

Meal 5:
12oz Tenderloin Steak
1 Cup White Rice

Meal 6:
Protein Shake (100 g protein + 20 g carbs)

Est. Daily Totals:
Calories: 4,300
Protein: 615g
Carbs: 275g
Fats: 75g

i have news for you.ronnie coleman can diet on almost anything and get into shape.he is the ultimate freak.i dont recommend his dieting habits for anyone.

x2, especially if it was the latter years. That's not even one carb per lb when he competed at 296. And 600ish protein is just over 2 per lb. Nothing amazing here...

LOL, what any of his videos and you SEE him eat the meals you laid out. Plus the KC Masterpiece. Which is fucking delicious, I might add.

duno where you got that from. i can't upload the pic for some reason because it blacks out the video portion, but this is his pre contest diet in relentless:

Note: He uses syntha-6 instead of isopure which adds 500 calories to each shake lol, and uses bbq sauce which prob adds at least 100 calories to each turkey meal

Meal 1:
90g whey
3/4 cup oatmeal (he uses grits)

Meal 2:
12 oz turkey
4oz potato

Meal 3:
90g whey

Meal 4:
12oz turkey
1/2 cup rice

Meal 5:
12oz turkey
1/2 cup rice

Meal 6:
90g whey

Not really impressed either based on the numbers, but then again, I doubt the pro's are going to make their "true" diets public knowledge since most of them pay for it. That seems like a lot of food for most of us, but its nothing for someone the size of Ronnie.

i don't think that's too much food. I bet I could eat that much without a problem. 6 meals in 24 hours. That's only a meal every 4 hours.

Thats about the same caloric intake I am at right now, I am off-season though so a little more carbs and little less protein.I'm also cheating a couple times a week and doing less then 2 hours cardio total. I'm maintaining 243lbs eating like this so I would have to assume a guy ronnies size would need more food then this. Just my pencil neck opinion though.lol.
