I'm comoing back from a pretty severe shoulder injury that occured last year and prevented me from training upper body with any real intensity for over 9 months. I watched my bodyweight drop to about 220, but knew that I'd be better off long-term if I just let that shoulder heal.
I had intended to compete last year (my last comp was Nov 2006-my avatar), but the injury precluded this.
At any rate, I'm back to training heavy and have been doing so for about 7 weeks. These are my first update pics. I'll take more this weekend and again at 14 weeks.
I'm back up to 252 (in warmup pants and Nike Shox!) and not terribly fat. The locker room was crowded and I felt a little weird, so only 2 shots today!
