I could tell you, but I'm not lifting a finger to help around here. Go ask Layne Norton on MD. He'll give you a considered answer.

Why are you coming into this forum and posting saying you're not going to answer and to go read?

lol thank you Frosty. I have searched and have not found anything to make me not post this question. I will also start a few other threads so if they are unreasonable please dont hesitate to let me know and if you dont mind ways i could find my answer or place my question elsewhere.

To Dr. P...I am sorry if my post disrespected you in any manner but I am unsure why you posted that? It was a question I could not find the answer to so I posted a question like I will continue to do on a need to know basis. I have respected everything youve posted and will continue to watch your training journal but do not understand why you posted that.

Here2learn it's interesting in the green tea thread here there is some information on animal data and green tea increasing muscle GLUT4 and decreasing adipose GLUT4 which is interesting. Banaba extract for corosolic acid also seems to increase GLUT4.
