Vikings "NASTY" shake

50 grams of protein (usually multi blend of whey, casein, isolate and concentrate...blah blah blah)
1 can of tuna
6 omega eggs cooked
1 tbsp of natty pb
10g crea mono
10g L-glut
5 scoops of xtend lemonade
1 banana

Only taken on workout days...so 4-5 a week 20-15 weeks out from comp.

I drink it after BIG lifting days or whenever I feel like it..

I can choke it down in about 10 mins, my stomach gets too full if I chug it.

Most of my meals are so big I have to take atleast 20-30 mins of just eating.

Lost of veggies for filling, usually 3-4 chicken breasts or a lb of meat. Also a couple slices of Ezekiel bread, but now Ive cut carbs so much I have backed bown the bread obviously.

I have to restructure my whole diet now for comps coming up and needing to make weight....I need to drop 25-30 lbs...im gunna be so skinny its not even funny...

Ya lost me with the tuna. Fucking HATE fish. Have it once a day, after training and I'm so hungry I choke it down...that must be your trick with this shake. So starved ya don't give a shit...either that, or you have mental issues. :D

why don't you try chocolate protein with the banana and peanut butter mixed in a drink. wait a little and have the eggs and tuna on it with a little tobacco and wash it down with the xtend leaonmade, creatine, glutamine mix.

Poundstone adds 3-4 pounds of chicken to a blender... adds enough water to bring it up to 40oz. Blends on high. pours into 2 20oz. bottles. I know a few others that tried it and had to waste 3-4lbs of chicken! Couldn't get past the first sip... I won't even try it.

nasty is right. I prefer choc protein, natural pb, banana. and in the am I will add a little raw oats. blend it with water.

I started drinking Poundstone shakes, blended chicken breast. The first time it was hard to choke down but now I add some salt, pepper, and random seasonings, drink it a little warm and it almost tastes like chicken noodle soup.
