Thanks LEE Yea its cool how the body starts to change as the weeks go by but I still got 13 more to go, so a long way. shit there are some guys who probably wont start dieting for another week or so for that same show. but if you want to be on point & do it right then start early (better then playing catch up).
I'm alittle lucky i guess since my legs dont hold to much water but my upper body really holds lots of water espcially my chest and stomach. rock on MATE

cool man, I love back I destroy it every week so glad someone notices and yea I able to fit in a couple of clothes better too, which is great because I have trouble sometimes with pants. dont know what class just suck down and see but ill post up weight as i get closer I'm around 205-210 lbs these days I started at 230lbs.
