View Full Version : A 4-6 Week Road Map on how to get huge and strong with Need To Build Muscle Products

As many of you may already know I just competed at the Masters Nationals this past July and placed 4th in the Light Heavy class. My conditioning and basically everything else was about as close to perfect as you can get except for one small detail (no pun intended…) My upper body width needs to be bigger, meaning my shoulders and upper back need to be bigger and wider. With that stated a new plan has come into being. Usually, from this point through January I am focusing on bench meets, well not this year. Instead the focus is to see just how much size we can put on me for the next 4-6 weeks.

I am a sponsored athlete of Need To Build Muscle and asked him just what his thoughts were and suggestions. Well sit tight and you are gonna see some pretty cool changes. I figured the best way to show you guys my changes would be to post my training journal for the next 4-6 weeks. I am going to back it up to right after my show where I first started getting back in the gym and progress forward. The first two weeks of training I am not taking any Need To Build Muscle Products, but will start after my first two weeks of training. In my journal I will post my training/weights, body weight changes, what I am taking and how I feel during each week of taking the products.

How did I feel after the first week of being on Need To Build Muscle Products? Could I feel anything at all? YES>>> By the end of the first week I felt fuller, had really good pumps and could feel a quicker recovery time.

How did I feel after the second week of being on Need To Build Muscle Products? Well now things are really starting to kick in. YES, I really can tell a difference… I feel very full all the time, my muscles are very full and hard – feel like I am in a constant state of being pumped, my recovery time is really good, there is noticeable difference in my size and strength gains and my body weight is increasing.

I would also like to add that at the same time I started taking Beastdrol and Dieselbolan I had two women who have NEVER taken anything other than Creatine and start taking Beastdrol their dosage is ˝ cap am and ˝ cap pm every day. They are both getting ready for a bench meet and want to gain as much strength as possible without putting on weight. After the first week of taking the product I asked them if they felt any different. Being TOTALLY novice and not knowing much they both described the same feeling but in different ways. To sum it up they both felt fuller with more energy. After the second week of taking the product I could see more significant strength increases than what they were having prior to taking the product.

How did I feel after the third week of being on Need To Build Muscle Products? Things have certainly kicked in. My strength has really increased along with my size. Check out the changes in weights that I am lifting – I am making at least a 5 lb increase weekly in each lift. My body weight – well there are big changes there as well as I have gone from 153 last week to 161 this week – that is an 8 pound gain!!!

I would also like to add that at the same time I started taking Beastdrol and Dieselbolan I had two women who have NEVER taken anything other than Creatine and start taking Beastdrol their dosage is ˝ cap am and ˝ cap pm every day. They are both getting ready for a bench meet and want to gain as much strength as possible without putting on weight. After the first week of taking the product I asked them if they felt any different. Being TOTALLY novice and not knowing much they both described the same feeling but in different ways. To sum it up they both felt fuller with more energy. After the second week of taking the product I could see more significant strength increases than what they were having prior to taking the product. NOW IN THEIR 3RD WEEK I AM SEEING THEIR WEIGHTS IN THE BENCH REALLY GO UP AND AM SEEING SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN THEIR PHYSIQUES AS WELL.
