Is liquid Sucralose ok when doing
Daves diet?

Dave, i seen i Liquid Sweet and Low which contains no dextrose or maltodextrin. Since Steva is expensive i was wondering if this would be better then splenda.

I also seen Tofo noodles 3g crabs w/ 2g of fiber would this be good on the keto diet?
DP: I recommend liquid sucralose, which you can find on the internet. The sweetner is much tastier and less chance of intestinal problems. Stay away from the noodles, they are extra calories you don’t need
