Great guest. Milos is the rare man of integrity in bodybuilding. It's almost like politics. An honest man could never make it to the presidency. Too much compromise is required. Having a sense of the type of man he is, I am sure Milos would not give up his adherence to truth for three-Olympia titles.

I'd love the next segment with him to be just on training and nutrition. I think we have covered the behind-the-scenes gossip on this one and the drug stuff was pretty prominent in both interviews.

There are only three guys (Dave, Milos and Chris Aceto) that openly share the intricacies of their nutrition techniques. The other contest prep gurus obfuscate their protocols with pseudo-scientiic babble and evasive answers that don't reveal enough info for you to really apply it.
