gaba dose?

i'm thinking of starting to use gaba, how much should i take? How much did you take the first time you used it?

Why are you thinking of using GABA? When were you going to use it?

I'd start out with 500mg and see what it does. Beware of tingling and shortness of breath in higher doses....might see it around 1.5g or so and doses higher. I do not think you should use doses that cause these symptoms.

i plan on getting some in a couple weeks. so i will start with 500mg and slowly work my way up to 1-2 grams. thanks

1-1.5 g at night before bed gives noticeably better sleep quality
