Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 lb. 90% lean ground beef
4 tsp. chopped onion, divided
4 Tbsp. grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
Divide meat into eight portions & form patties. Place 1 teaspoon of onion & 1 tablespoon of cheese on four of the patties, then top each with a plain patty. Press the edges of each burger together, making sure there are no holes or seams. Grill burgers for five minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
