This is a Pre-workout meal

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl & stir. Eat before workouts.

Nutritional Facts:
187 calories, 20g protein (or whatever 1 scoop is), 29g carbs, 0g fat.

applesauce tastes even better if you make it yourself and it only takes about 30mins!
