In the interview he says he trains 4 or 5 times per week.

He also mentions he has great symmetry, all his body parts are equally as shit haha

Was interesting to hear ALR's take on the whole Krissy and Troy thing. He handled it like a true professional. Good man, he could have easily gone in another direction with it.

The Lonnie interview was GREAT. I really enjoyed hearing you guys talk BBing... Some seriously great ideas discussed in this interview. I hope some of those ideas are brought up in the regular IFBB Pro League meeting at the O.

it wouldnt suprise me if this doctor could do this in belgrade or that an eastern european bodybuilder had tried this procedure

The last half of the show with LT was really good. It was great to hear some indepth discussion about the Oympia! I'd love to hear more of that type of thing in the future!

ALR is always very entertaining too!
