Going to try and start a clean bulk about 10-15 lbs... coming off Daves diet after about 18 weeks... I am going to start slowly with around 100 gs of carbs a day only on workout days...... What FOOD is best pre and post workout bc that is the only time I am going to take in carbs.... I do not like any waxymaze or shake supplement it did not work well lest time.... I would rather take the carbs in whole food form.... Any input would be great... espcially for someone who has came off of Daves diet...

I used dextrose. I know you dont want it in a shake but pre and post dextrose and some protien is great and absorbs quickly. if you are dead set against it try oatmeal pre. (slow digesting long lasting energy). post you could use fruit, white bread, or potato.

For post-workout, you can go with cream of rice, instant grits, pure white rice flour, white potatoes without the skin, and rice cakes.
