Were jolly because we get to eat lots of carbs!...lol....(not a bash on Keto).....but the truth is most of us are only "fat" by bodybuilding standards. For example, I am 6' 295lbs and still have a 4pk (talk about Big Sexy, thats me baby!). Not skinny or ripped by any means, but i wouldn't call that fat.

I think people get nervous... I think people feel being anonymous on a forum is different than being a anonymous voice on the radio. Every time a board member tells me they pass on doing the show, I'm surprised.

I don't have a problem putting myself out there. Hell it's videos of me out there. But the safety aspect of having anonymity on the web prevents ass whippings that would otherwise occur in public.

Exactly Mike... We don't follow a script. We let the guest lead the interview as much as possible. I find that people would rather hear a conversation than a formal interview. That's part of what I believe sets us apart...
