Im currently on keto nd i dunno what to do, i feel like shit but i dont want to take tylenol, if i just take 2 pills before goin to sleep you think it'll affect protein synthesis??

What kind of sickness are you suffering from? Tylenol is for pain relief, its not gonna help you get over a cold or the flu

Taking tylenol for a few days will not make you lose muscle. It just might hinder gains. Getting good rest while ill will help more than the tylenol will hurt. Getting better quicker would be the best scenario, so get better and dont worry so much.

wow, 2-4 Tylenol cold and flu will not inhibit fuck all. its NSAIDS that do that, even then, a few days aint gonna affect fuck all

best thing is to get over being sick so you can get back to good training, take the tylenol and get better

Tylenol is way bad post workout because it inhibits protein synthesis, but if you are sick , you should be resting then it's fine. Missing sleep is waYYYYYY worse than 2 acteomeniphins.

Take it easy for a few days, paracetamol will help releive symptoms and try not to train as it wears your immune system down, you won't lose any muscle in a few days

take em, and take so time of from the gym. till you get better. IF you have to go to the gym, like i feel i must or i go crazy, just do some LI cardio

No, tylenol doesn't. Tylenol is an acetaminophen and doesn't inhibit anything. Aspirin, ibuprofen, and Aleve are NSAIDS, and they inhibit inflammatory responses that are thought to be part of muscle growth (as far as I understand).

Mega dose vitamin C and stay away from drugs, also, drink tons of water. LAY DOWN AND REST.
