Just wondering what some of you guys do to change meal plans after cycles to maintain mass?

unless your cycle was combined with a pre-contest diet (thus serving the purpose of holding on to muscle weight that otherwise may have been lost), keep the diet the same. If it was a pre-contest diet, move into a maintenance phase. I wouldn't make any big overcompensation for the cycle diet-wise or you will end up fat. Your not going to just magically become catabolic once you are off cycle. Keep diet and training the same. If anything, train more briefly and stay heavy to allow for longer recovery/rest periods that may have been sped up previously (ON cycle)
