I recently tried lentils for the first time and LOVE them. I only use a little salt and I can't believe its not butter spray on them, but I would like to hear if any of you out there try other things in them or have any LENTILS recipes....
My coach recently mentioned that he puts Chicken Broth, Mushrooms and Cilantro in his, which sounds good, but I can't seem to find low sodium chicken broth (Campbells brand) anywhere and the Swanson Low Sodium Broth to me is still very high sodium...
Ideas anyone?
